1、負責與目標客戶進行技術對接，摸清客戶所需軸承產品的工況條件，解決客戶在軸承安裝和使用過程中的疑問與難題。
2、定期及不定期與客戶現場對接提供售后技術服務。
3、處理緊急的投訴事件，應對售后服務需求，與質量管理部對接，處理突發售后事宜。
4、快速響應客戶技術狀態更改、型號變更、工況調整等技術問題。
5、負責對客戶技術跟蹤，了解產品使用情況；具備良好的溝通能力。
任職要求：1、大專及以上學歷。
2、具有軸承行業應用技術服務工作經驗兩年以上。
